Tammy S. Hooper, NBCT

I am a born too late ‘hippie’, who graduated from Central in 1983. It was always my dream to come back and teach physics one day at my alma matter. I am absolutely passionate about physics and teaching.  I am known for doing just about anything to get  students excited about my class, from having students dress as pirates to  ‘channeling’ the ghost of Galileo.  I am Nationally Board Certified & currently working on my doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies at EKU, with an emphasis in physics education research.
